James is a qualified physiotherapist with nearly 20 years experience in both the NHS and private practice.
James says: "I have the absolute belief in people's potential to get better. You're probably on this website now because you have a problem - a painful problem - to solve. Physiotherapy works. By creating the right environment and giving the problem the right treatment at the right time, you can get better. This can be a long process, but my job is to minimise the time and effort needed by getting you working smarter, not harder, so you're able to keep your goal in sight and remain motivated to succeed.
